Maintenance & Warranty

MIRO has set up a digital maintenance plan specific to the MIROBOT 3.0 to ensure simplified and secure documentation of the services performed.
 That way, supporting documentation for maintenance will be stored digitally in a centralised system. With the notification features of the MIROBOT 3.0 in the maintenance plan, you have the assurance that your equipment will always receive the correct parts.

The characteristics of your MIROBOT 3.0 help to ensure that your equipment can be repaired without problems, even many years later.
 Our robot was also developed with the aim of facilitating the required maintenance and monitoring operations.

For example, the maintenance frequency indicator of the MIROBOT 3.0 tells you when you need to perform maintenance. 
The maintenance frequency indicator is located on the main screen of your MIROBOT 3.0. After each maintenance operation, the counter will be reset by the technician performing maintenance and you can then view a history of maintenance operations using the home menu of your application.

WARRANTY :

In accordance with the warranty terms applicable to new MIRO equipment, the warranty for the Mirobot 3.0 is one year.
